I was born during war times. The bombs, guns, chaos. My nervous system learned very early on that the world wasn’t safe, so most of my life, I struggled to be present in my body. And felt a distortion inside. I often felt disconnected from my voice within.

I didn’t know I had been imprinted with fear, living in constant alert, until I began to connect the dots. The dissociation, the way I abandoned myself, feeling not enough, the relationships I clung to, that mirrored the chaos I was born into. I saw how deeply I was surviving. How far from home I had drifted inside my own skin.

When I decided it was enough. I restructured safety, trust, beauty, abundance & love in my body, heart, mind and soul.

And it has been such an everblooming journey. The adventure of a lifetime. Coming home to who I truly AM.
